If a DIS technician has directed you to start a remote support connection, this is where you do it! We currently utilize two different methods of connecting to you… TeamViewer or DualDesk. TeamViewer is already used many companies (and you may already have it loaded). If not, the link below installs a ‘temporary’ version that uninstalls itself when the remote session ends. Likewise, our DualDesk tool works exactly the same way, installing a ‘temporary’ version that uninstalls when the connection is ended.
